Our company works with chefs from all over United States. We provide caviar to restaurants, hotels and catering halls. Our caviar is never frozen grade A and we get new caviar shipments every week. During holiday season 2 times a week. Our kaluga has the lowest salt percentage possible and the pearls are large in size. Our Ossetra is not watery and is mixed with salt by hand.
